In order to tow a trailer, your vehicle needs to have an electric brake controller set up in it. Legally, they must be used on anything being towed that is over 2,000 lbs. In addition to dumping, Access RV offers a cleaning service for the return of your RV. For an optional fee of $89.00 we will do up to three hours of cleaning upon your return. Over the years, we have found most people do not have the facilities nor do they wish to cut their travel time short to perform this unpleasant task. Prepaid cleaning includes both inside and outside of the RV unit. So, let us do this for you! $89/trip

Unlike some other companies, for $29.99 we will dump, flush and sanitize the RV holding tanks in addition to cleaning the interior and exterior. Again, due to lack of facilities and desire to perform this task has prompted us to offer this service. Our normal dumping charge is $75.00, as a result prepay and save!

Motorhomes come with a generator so you can camp anywhere you want, either with or without hook-ups. Generators are only needed when the RV is not plugged into shore power. Therefore the only items that require AC power are the overhead air conditioner, microwave, TV/DVD player and finally any item you would plug into an AC wall outlet. Unlimited Generator is included in the total price.

Motorhomes are able to tow a 3,500 pound trailer. First of all towing with the motorhome requires prior permission. Please request to tow at the time you book your reservation, a $35.00 towing charge will apply. THE MOTORHOME PROVIDES NO COLLISION OR LIABILITY COVERAGE FOR DAMAGE TO THE TOWED OBJECT, OR FOR ANY THIRD PARTY INJURY CAUSED BY THE TOWED OBJECT.

You may have a flight that leaves before we are open on the day that you are returning your rental unit. We offer you the option of leaving the unit at Diamond Airport Parking near the airport. They have a 24/7 shuttle service so that you can get to the airport when you need to and then we will pick it up the following morning.
